Shipping Policies


Shipping:
  • All orders are shipped ground via common carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS) at our discretion. For expedited shipping please call us at (262) 569-9633 for shipping rates.
  • We do not charge sales tax except for orders shipped to WI which are subject to 5.1% sales tax.
  • Orders shipped from The Kleen It Shoppe will not be delivered during the weekend or on national holidays.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • All orders require 24-48 hours processing time before shipping. The Kleen It Shoppe does not process or ship orders during weekends. The Kleen It Shoppe does not guarantee same day shipping. Occasionally we must back order items, if this becomes necessary we will notify you via email which may delay the shipping of your order.
  • Orders paid by check will be held for 10-14 days until check has cleared before shipping.
  • We do not require proof of delivery by signature unless the customer specifically notifies us of this in writing on the comment section of their order at the time it is placed.
  • Once your shipment has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier The Kleen It Shoppe’s obligation has been fulfilled. Any lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery from the carrier must be addressed to the carrier, not The Kleen It Shoppe.
Shipping charges are based on your order total, not included tax and for the 48 contiguous states only. Please allow 7 - 10 business days to receive your product. Shipping prices are as follows:

If you are in Canada, Alaska or Hawaii please send us an E-Mail listing the product number and quantity needed along with your complete shipping address and we will notify you within 24 hours what the total costs will be. You may also call us at (262) 569-9633.

  • Missing Items / Damaged Product: Customers need to verify the receipt of items at the time their order is received. Any items missing must be communicated to The Kleen It Shoppe within 5 days of receipt. This excludes any back ordered items and only applies to orders that have been completely filled. Any damaged merchandise or carton shortages must be reported directly to The Kleen It Shoppe within 5 days of receipt.

  • Returns: Keep receipt for warranty purposes. All returned items must have a valid return authorization number (RA#) issued by us within 30 days from date of invoice. Product must be received by us within 14 days of RA# issuance. No returns will be accepted or credited without an RA# written clearly on return package label. Product must be returned in brand new resalable condition with original packing and container, which includes all manuals and materials. A standard 10% restocking will apply to all returned merchandise, excluding damaged or defective products or products that were shipped in error. At our discretion a 20% restocking fee may apply to all returned merchandise. If you have returned merchandise that had free shipping we will deduct the shipping charges incurred from your credit. No refunds after 30 days of invoice date. No refunds on electrical parts. Shipping, processing, and insurance charges are not refundable. Returned shipping costs of merchandise is at your own expense. All returns must be insured and a signature is required for proof of receipt of delivery. This policy does not apply to damaged or defective products that are returned to Central Vacuum Factory. If you have returned merchandise that has been deemed as non-refundable you may request to have that merchandise returned to you providing you pay return shipping charges. We will not accept any returns or cancellations on merchandise that was special or custom ordered.

Returns


Returns: Any item may be returned within 15 days from Shipping company delivery date in its' original packaging for a full refund less original shipping charges.

User related Damage or un-crated appliance (s) or product (s) being returned may have a 15% restocking fee added.

Used central vacuum fittings, used PVC pipe, any kind of replacement filters or open vacuum bags, any electrical parts, and any opened detergents / chemicals may not be returned.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Refund will be issued after inspection of product (s).

Repairs and Service: The Kleen It Shoppe services what we sell. If you require service and can not find local service you may send the item (shipping prepaid) to us, if the product is in manufacturer's warranty period and under warranty, we will repair it and return it to you.

The cost of returning a vacuum cleaner or part for repair or replacement may not be covered by warranty.

Out of warranty we will charge the repairs and shipping to your credit card. Please keep your receipt / Invoice in a safe place as it is proof you purchased the product. You may need it to get warranty work done.
