40ft PVC Central Vac Pipe (ten 4-ft) (Ground Ship)

Great for medium central vacuum jobs such as repairs, relocating a valve, adding a valve, exhausting, etc. Be sure to get extra PVC couplings (below) to fit it all together. This vacuum tubing is 2-inch outer diameter. Manufactured to ASTM standard F2158.

45 Spigot PVC Vacuum Connector

Spigot fittings are made to fit directly into other fittings. This will prove helpful in tight spots!

We suggest using 45's, even two of them when possible, to use less 90's. When the pipe line needs to run up or down, angle a 90 at 45-degrees into a 45 fitting

90 Sweep PVC Vacuum Connector  

Probably the most used item. Remember this can not be used behind the inlet bracket--use the short 90 instead

For connecting a branch to the main line. Be sure the airflow is adequate. Do not install the tee backwards!  

45 Wye PVC Vacuum 3-way Connector

For connecting a branch to the main line. Be sure the airflow is adequate. Do not install the wye backwards!

Use this fitting at the mounting plates only. Since this is the sharpest turn in the system, potential clogging will occur with easy access - right at the inlet valve!  

Stop Coupler

For connecting two pieces of pipe together. If you need a case, enter 175 for the quantity.  

Pipe hanger

Used to hold 2" OD Central Vacuum Pipe in position 

J shaped Pipe Hanger

Used to hang 2" OD Central Vacuum Pipe at a distance of a foot or less. Comes with a nail. Make of sturdy PVC. The pipe snaps into the J and looks real clean  

3-in-1 Mounting Bracket PVC

Most popular bracket for all Basic Inlet Valve Covers. For new construction nail it to a stud. For existing home installation cut the stud side off and set it in a 2x4" drywall cutout. When piping, connect a fitting such as a tight 90 or coupling to the flange. Finish it with a basic inlet valve cover.  

Inlet Valve Extension

Use as many of these as needed when the wall, for any reason, is too thick causing the mounting plate and finished plate to not meet. Longer screws will be needed as well. It adds 3/4 of an inch to the cover plate. If that is too much you can cut to size.
DIAMETERS: Large end inner is 1 5/8", outer is 1 7/8". Small end inner is 1 1/2", outer is 1 5/8".  

Exhaust Vent Door for Central Vacuum Pipe

Installed on the outside of the home to exhaust the power unit. This is not needed with M.D.'s bag type units. Fits 2" OD (Vacuum PVC Pipe). Overall size is 3-5/8"w X 4-5/8"h  

Muffler for vacuum fits 2-inch OD exhaust ports

Is your power unit too loud? Decrease that irritating sound by inserting this muffler into any central vacuum that has 2" OD diameter exhaust ports. One muffler per exhaust port on the vacuum itself. Use a 90 Spigot Sweep to install it vertically if desired.  

Inlet Blank Cover Plate, (3 in a pack) 

Three cover plates come in one package. Use the cover plate to cover up a old vacuum hole in the sheet rock or to gain access into a wall. The dimensions are 4-3/4" tall by three inches wide. Screw holes on center are 3-7/8" apart from each other at 12 and 6 o'clock.  

The low voltage wire that is run along the pipe should be anchored to the pipe every 4 feet and at every joint with these wire ties.

Includes the following items pictured. Add pipe (24ft recommended). Buy regular PVC cement from a local store. Includes inlet valve and backing plate. The included 25ft of wire is low voltage and runs from the faceplate to the vacuum canister to turn it on. In addition, Romex (110 volt) wire from a local store is need for the 110 volts. The faceplates' 110 volt wires connect to the romex you stub out from the backing plate box during rough-in
