No PVC piping is required like other central vacuum systems. The Home Cleaning Center is a fully-assembled, self-contained central vacuum center designed to be installed much like an in-the-wall ironing board.

It contains the dirt collection bag, vacuum motor, hose and accessories to make this vacuum center a powerful new appliance for the homeowner. 

The motor driven hose extends or retracts from its own cabinet with the touch of a button. The patented hose system compacts and stores the hose out of sight - The Hose Just Disappears.  Small clean-up jobs are so much faster than going for the broom and dust pan.

With a hose system reach of 45' feet, cleaning a 1,500 square foot home from one location is a reality (depending upon floor plan and unit).

Hose Magic Makes All The Difference

Hose Magic is the first patented, push-button hose management system on the market today.  Like magic, the hose dispenses and disappears inside the wall. 

Floor tools and an electric brush can be added to the system and are priced separately.

Each Hose Magic station contains a separate hose that reaches up to 1,500 sq. ft. Several can be positioned throughout the home depending on size and floor plan.  Example: a 3,800 sq. ft. two story home may require 2 stations down and 1 station up.

It features button controls on a swivel handle for all functions on a 45 foot hose with an inside hose diameter of 1.44 inches for maximum air flow. 

The Hose Magic has a torque limiter: This control limits the power to the motorized retractor to avoid damage to the hose should it get hung up in either exiting the storage cavity or retracting back into the wall.

The Hose Magic has a reset button in the event the floor brush becomes clogged and the unit stops, and a fuse if the retractor ceases working. These are easily accessible on the top of the circuit board cover behind the retractor unit.

The unit is designed normally for new construction, remodeling or updating your present central vacuum system for easy Hose Management.
